The room was quite spacious and very clean. I noticed that. I appreciated the ample parking available. It made arrival smooth. Breakfast had freshly cooked eggs that were made to order. That was an added bonus.
The approach road had some big potholes. I suggest caution when driving.

the hotel location is convenient, especially when traveling on the motorway. i found the accessible route and free parking very useful. the breakfast options were good, though more vegetarian choices would be welcome. i am grateful that the staff were helpful .
i noticed a very small amount of dust on the skirting boards.

fluctuating temperature musty odor
the breakfast was acceptable. the coffee tasted freshly prepared.
the shower did not work correctly. the temperature fluctuated a great deal. a musty odor permeated the room, which i believe originated from the floor carpet. this smell was rather unpleasant.

online check-in was uncomplicated prior to my arrival. all staff members displayed helpful attitude and friendliness. the restaurant served delectable dishes. all requests received prompt attention, it was appreciated.
the parking charge of £5 per night if bookings did not go directly through them was inconvenient. i noticed this impacted the overall value due to the unanticipated extra cost. i hope the policy will be reviewed.
